only wish we could have stayed longer! and it was a bummer that some shops were closed on the monday we visited.

A relaxing stay with stunning views
From the moment we arrived, Jon and Celia were warm and welcoming, making us feel at home. Our spacious Deluxe Double Room boasted breathtaking views of the garden and Ross-on-Wye. The breakfast was a highlight, especially the pancakes paired with the lovely garden view. We enjoyed working on the sun-drenched patio, surrounded by nature while sipping drinks made in our room.
While the lack of a wardrobe in the room was notable, with only hooks available for our longer stay, it did not detract significantly from our overall enjoyment. some local shops were closed during our visit, which limited our options for exploration.

A wonderful room with excellent amenities including a large bay window and spacious bathroom.
While the accommodation was decent, the location posed a challenge as it was difficult to find initially. The overall experience fell short when we discovered many of the recommended shops were closed on the Monday we visited, which dampened our plans. the lack of a more diverse breakfast menu was disappointing, as we expected a wider variety during our stay.

We recently stayed for 2 nights with our whole family and loved the space in the Deluxe Double Room. The breakfast options were delightful, and we particularly enjoyed the peaceful walks nearby—it's a great spot for hiking and taking in nature.
My wife says that a small wardrobe would have helped during our stay.

The Deluxe Double Room with Bath offered a tranquil atmosphere with stunning countryside views and elegant decor. Breakfast was a highlight, especially the delicious light meals that showcased fresh ingredients. A minor downside was the tricky location on the first day, which could deter initial guests, and some local shops were unexpectedly closed during our visit, limiting nearby options.
